Reishi is a glossy, red-orange mushroom that grows on trees in damp forests. In traditional Chinese herbal practice it is known as lingzhi, and for over two thousand years it has been valued as a mushroom for long-term wellbeing.

It is the whole mushroom, not an extract. We keep the mycelium and grain in, which makes it more balanced, prebiotic-rich and naturally rich in beta-glucans.
